Terms of Service

CultureTable is a private dining experience hosted by Dylan Lowe and Nalin Dadarwala. These terms cover your use of culturetable.menz0.com and any account or invitation you accept on it. They are written in plain English on purpose. If you read something here that doesn't sit right, write to us at culturetable@menz0.com and we'll talk it through.

1. The short version

We host quarterly dinners by invitation. You may have an account because someone invited you. Your account, your reservations, your reviews, and the things you write into our forms are yours — we won't sell or rent any of it. We will use your contact details to send things you asked for (RSVP confirmations, newsletters you opted into) and to coordinate dinners.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to attend a private dinner with alcohol. CultureTable is currently invite-only — accounts can only be created from a valid invitation token. We may revoke an invitation, deactivate an account, or rescind a reservation at any time, with or without explanation, if doing so is necessary for the safety, comfort, or cohesion of the table.

3. Reservations and payment

A reservation is a request, not a confirmation. We confirm reservations after we have received payment via Venmo, CashApp, or Zelle (we do not handle card payments on this site — see the food-safety note below for why). The reservation contract — including the seat, the dietary accommodations we capture, and any cancellation window — is between you and the hosts directly. The site exists to help us coordinate; it is not a payment processor and does not hold funds.

4. Food safety and licensure

CultureTable currently operates as a private invited-guest dining experience while our food-safety certifications are in progress. We are not a licensed restaurant, caterer, or food vendor in the regulatory sense, and the dinners are not held under a commercial food-service permit. We follow common-sense kitchen practices, source from licensed suppliers, and label allergens; you are responsible for telling us about any allergy or restriction we should accommodate (use the dietary annotations on your profile or the reservation note).

If you have a severe allergy that puts you at risk in a shared kitchen, please write to us before reserving — we are honest about what we can and cannot guarantee in a home setting.

5. Content you post

Reviews, comments, and inquiries you submit are owned by you. By posting them, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display them on the site, in newsletters, and in promotional material referencing the dinners. We may hide or remove any content for reasonable cause; you may request that yours be removed at any time.

6. Privacy

See the Privacy Policy for the specifics. The short version: we keep your data in Cloudflare (D1 + R2), send transactional and newsletter email through Postmark, and don't share, sell, or rent your data. You can ask for an export or deletion of your account at any time.

7. Acceptable use

Don't try to break the site, scrape content at scale, impersonate other guests, harass the hosts or other guests, or use the platform to send spam. If you do, we'll close your account.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided as-is. We make no warranties about uptime, the accuracy of menus before a dinner is finalized, or the suitability of any course for a particular dietary need beyond what we explicitly accommodate in writing.

Attending a CultureTable dinner is a personal decision. The hosts and the operators of this site (Menz0 AI Business Solutions LLC) are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from attendance or use of the site, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes (new fees, new restrictions on content, new data uses) will be announced via the newsletter and an in-site banner before taking effect. The "last updated" stamp at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
